Orders and Delivery


To place your order, please select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your basket before completing your order. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic email with information regarding the preparation of your order. You'll be informed about the status and you will get an email confirmation on the address indicated in your account details.



We accept PayPal or a credit card - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, and Amex.

All prices are in € (euros).

The prices of the products are as specified on our website and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.



The shipping is charged at the checkout. Shipping costs are based on the destination. The prices are listed below:

Standard international shipping:

Cart total up to €29.99 - shipping: €4.00

Cart total €30.00 and up - free shipping

Standard domestic shipping for Slovenia:

Free domestic shipping.



We post all orders using the Slovenian postal service.

Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Orders being sent  in Slovenia are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days, but international orders can take up to 2 weeks or more to be delievered. The delivery time depends on the postal services.

Delivery is charged at the end of the purchase process and varies by country. Delivery cost is borne by the purchaser and is indicated on the invoice except in cases where the purchaser is entitled to free delivery due to the amount of the purchase.



Please note that if your order is being shipped outside the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed by the customs office of the destinantion country.



When shipping orders outside the EU, additional customs and input tax costs may be incurred. We shall not be liable for these costs. The costs incurred are the sole liability of the purchaser.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.
